Ethiopia Fully Automated Flexible Stone Production Line Project

2026-09-01

Mr. Haile’s group is a leading and powerful building materials manufacturer in Ethiopia. The company undertakes various large-scale construction projects and requires large quantities of interior and exterior wall panels annually for its own projects. To effectively reduce raw material procurement costs and expand profit channels in the local market, the client decided to build its own flexible stone slab production line to achieve self-sufficiency in products. This would allow them to meet their own project material needs while also selling to the local market and diversifying their business.

In December 2025, Mr. Haile visited our company for his first on-site inspection. The delegation visited the company’s product showroom, mold production workshop, flexible stone manual production workshop, the new factory’s automated production line installation workshop, and finished product production workshop. This provided a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics, production processes, and overall production capacity of our flexible stone products, resulting in a clear and complete understanding of our product system.

Following the visit, both parties continued to communicate on core issues such as the selection of raw materials, factory planning, and the entire production process. In the initial stages of cooperation, addressing the client’s concerns about product stability, our company provided a complete set of quality inspection reports and authoritative certifications such as CE and SOBER, allaying their doubts about the production line quality.

In April 2026, the client team conducted a second site visit. During discussions regarding order fulfillment and site adaptation, based on their high regard for our products and services, they proactively upgraded their purchase order from one through-line production line to four complete production lines. We simultaneously committed to providing overseas on-site support and technical guidance services to ensure project success.

Finally, the client paid the first deposit at the end of April, officially launching the project. Equipment delivery is expected to be completed by mid-September 2026.
