I. Factory Building and Civil Engineering Foundations (Top Priority)
1. Workshop Dimensions
Strictly adhere to the floor plan provided by the equipment manufacturer when reserving space for length and width; ensure a maintenance clearance of ≥1.2–1.5 meters around the equipment; designate specific areas in advance for raw material storage, finished product staging, and mold storage.
2. Floor Load-Bearing Capacity and Levelness
Concrete flooring: C25–C30 grade, thickness ≥15 cm, free from settlement cracks. Leveling tolerance: ≤2 mm per meter; ideally, level the entire production line area in a single operation.
For heavy equipment locations (mixers, drying lines, silos, etc.), construct independent equipment foundations and install embedded parts/steel plates according to the drawings.
3. Factory Ceiling Height, Gates, and Access Paths
Ensure the width and height of workshop gates and access aisles allow the largest equipment frame to be moved into the workshop smoothly.
Ensure the access route from the entrance to the installation site is paved and capable of supporting trucks, forklifts, and cranes.
4. Drainage and Trenches
Install drainage trenches in the mixing area and cleaning stations; grade the workshop floor with a 1–2‰ slope to facilitate mold and equipment washing; ensure sewage discharge connection points are properly installed.

II. Electrical System (Client responsible for power supply to the main equipment distribution box)
1. Power Supply: Voltage fluctuation within ±5%; stable supply (no frequent tripping).
2. Main Distribution: Independent distribution cabinet, main circuit breaker, and earth leakage protection; grounding resistance ≤4Ω; ensure proper protective grounding.
*Note:* Internal equipment wiring is the responsibility of the installation engineers; the client is responsible for running the main power cable to the on-site distribution box.
